Everyday processing of all
company mail
Accurately entering and
processing all consumer vocations in computer in a timely fashion
Ensuring everyday vocation
list is accurate & that all completed vocations are marked “ready
for invoicing” in a timely fashion & that all relevant dates &
details are entered correctly
Calling consumers for pick
up, final bill amounts & credit terms on orders
Accommodate Branch Manager
and Salesperson with other tasks as required
Supply any other reports
as requested by Management
Process
MasterCard/Visa/Cash payments made by consumers
Review on a everyday basis
employee time clock swipes for any inconsistencies
Every Monday morning,
review previous weeks timecards for accuracy in consultation with the
Branch Manager
Ensure that proper forms
are filled out for missed time, vacations, missed swipes, manual swipe
overrides etc.
Dispatch correct payroll
time cards report to Human Resources – Head Office for payroll
processing together with any attendance forms
